Daysk: Turning Workplaces Into Smart, Human-Centered Environments
Daysk is a workplace technology platform designed to make offices more flexible, smarter, and more people-centric. We help organizations transform their buildings from static infrastructures into dynamic, connected environments where people collaborate with ease, resources are used efficiently, and the work experience feels frictionless — whether teams are hybrid, on-site, distributed, or evolving.

Our mission
Our Mission: Empowering Flexible, Intelligent and Human Workplaces
Work has changed — and buildings must change with it. Daysk’s mission is to give companies and real estate professionals the tools they need to manage hybrid work, optimize space usage, unlock data-driven decisions, and create seamless workplace experiences for occupants.
“We connect people, spaces, and services — to create workplaces that work for everyone.”

Our Vision & Values
What We Stand For
Technology is only meaningful when it improves the human experience. Our work is guided by four core values:
Human-first
Workplaces should adapt to people — not the opposite. We design with empathy, clarity, and usability at the core.
Connection
Seamless interaction between spaces, resources, services, and people. Everything works. Together.
Flexibility
Every organization is different. Daysk adapts to evolving work models, cultures, and building configurations.
Responsibility
Smarter workplaces use fewer resources. We help optimize space performance and reduce environmental and operational waste.
Our Story
From Workplace Pain Points to Workplace Intelligence
Daysk started with a simple observation: modern work had evolved, but offices hadn’t. While teams adopted flexible schedules, hybrid policies, and shared spaces, office operations were still managed with spreadsheets, emails, or tools not designed for hybrid work realities.
2016
The Spark
The idea of Daysk emerged when companies across Europe started adopting coworking and flexible office models. There was no intuitive platform to help them manage shared spaces and employee access.
2017
Product Launch
Daysk launched its first booking platform, helping companies enable desk sharing, meeting room management, and daily planning — without friction.
2021
Hybrid Work Acceleration
The global shift to hybrid work confirmed the need for scalable workplace management technology. Daysk expanded with analytics, mobile check-in, integrations, and building services management.
2025
A Connected Platform
Daysk now serves companies, real estate operators, and hybrid teams across multiple industries — helping them run smarter, more efficient, and more human workplaces.
