How long does it take to launch?

Our average launch time is within 3 to 4 weeks, with teams as big as 2.000 employees. For projects with more tailored needs, we recommend a phased approach.

Is your system ready for integrations?

Yes. We can propose tailored integrations based on our API infrastructure, with specific timings and budget.

What support do you offer?

Our SLA covers a 99% uptime and 24h response time for any issue. Our standard license agreement has all the details, covers GDPR and DPA topics. All our servers are based in Europe.

What services do you offer in the app?

Desk booking, accesses, user and event management are covered per default. We can add services linked to mobility (car-sharing, bus shuttle, etc.), food and Beverage, lockers or gym events and other services on-demand, based on your plans and our portfolio of partners.

Do you support various languages?

Yes, per default we cover English, Spanish and Catalan, and can add any language (at user level) if required within a few weeks.

Is the system available in various locations?

We are multi-sites by default and can operate across the globe, managing time zones per building and in-sync with calendars.

What if I need to make some changes?

With our Back-office and once we’ve done the initial setup, you will be 100% independent to manage your spaces and make as many changes as you wish.
